Santa’s Workshop
Giving Families a Little Extra Holiday Cheer
The Deborah Whitfield Memorial Foundation is proud to host our annual Santa’s Workshop, connecting local families with individuals, businesses, organizations, and community members who want to make a difference during the holiday season.
There are two ways to participate:
Adopt a Family
Want to make Christmas special for a local family?
Our Adopt a Family Program allows individuals, families, businesses, churches, organizations, and groups to provide holiday gifts for a family in need.
Once you complete the sponsor form, our team will follow up with information based on your selections and match you with a participating family.
Sponsors may receive information such as:
Number and ages of children
Gift interests and suggestions
Clothing or shoe sizes, when provided
Other helpful information for shopping
By submitting the sponsor form, you are agreeing to purchase or provide the requested items within the required timeframe established by the Foundation.
Please only sign up if you are prepared to fulfill your commitment within the provided timeframe.

You don’t have to adopt an entire family to make an impact.
We also welcome community members and organizations interested in donating gifts, food, hygiene items, financial support, or volunteer time.
Every contribution helps us create a little more holiday magic for local families.

Request Holiday Assistance
Are you a local family who could use some extra help this holiday season?
We invite you to complete our Santa’s Workshop Holiday Family Registration Form.
Families may be considered for holiday gifts and other available assistance based on donations, community partnerships, and available resources.
When completing the form, you may be asked for information such as:
Parent/guardian contact information
Number of children in the household
Children’s ages
Gift interests
Clothing or shoe sizes
Other helpful information about your family’s needs
Submitting a registration does not guarantee assistance. Our team will review submissions and contact families with additional information if they are selected to participate.
All family information is kept private and is only used for purposes related to Santa’s Workshop.
